Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start your return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place the pillow in its original packaging or a similar sized box and securely attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
